Men Cell Delhi: Police
Anil Ahluwalia v. State NCT of Delhi & Ors.
यह distinction Men Cell Delhi, Mencell Delhi और Purush Aayog Delhi से guidance लेने वाले husbands के लिए काफी important है।
Exceptional circumstances में gross injustice या serious miscarriage of justice हो तो intervention अलग बात है.
इसलिए अगर आपका सवाल है “Where can husband complain against wife when police refuse FIR?”, तो जवाब केवल “police station दोबारा जाओ” नहीं है।

Men Cell, Men Cell Delhi, Mencell

Case-specific caution: Anil Ahluwalia v. State NCT of Delhi & Ors. medical-treatment death
